Dosh

Anticon recording artist Dosh will be hitting the road in Jan. and Feb. of 2007, and he has also announced the release of a new self-released EP, Triple Rock, which will drop on Jan. 30. The EP features four live tracks, recorded in Dosh’s hometown of Minneapolis at the Triple Rock Social Club, as well as a four-part suite of new, previously unreleased tracks titled “Henderson,” which are a tribute to Dosh’s cat which was killed by a car in front of his house in Sept. 2006.

The live tracks on the EP feature guest musicians Andrew Bird, Mike Lewis, JT Bates, Adam Linz and Jeremy Ylvisaker. The CD will be limited edition but it will also be made available digitally via anticon exclusively through iTunes and the anticon web store.
