The Snowflakes That Hit Us Became Our Stars is the second and latest release from Seven Saturdays. Los Angeles native, Jonathan D. Haskell, is the mastermind behind the project. Earlier this year, Seven Saturdays released an eponymous EP which was warmly received by critics (“Gripping and mellowly epic.”– Stereogum) and spent 6 weeks on CMJ’s Top 200 Radio charts.

“Au Revoir” (a track from Snowflakes…), was the Q Magazine “Track of the Day,” and the video, shot by photographer Katie West entirely on her iPhone, premiered today on Stereogum.

And in other Seven Saturdays news, Morgan Kibby’s (M83/White Sea) remix of “The Shallow End” was a RCRD LBL download of the day today. The track will also be released as an import on Moorworks in early October. Hear the track here.
