[media][/media]New London based collective Jungle released their debut AA-side single ‘Platoon’ and ‘Drops’ via venerable tastemaker Chess Club Records in the UK this summer on July 15, 2013. Both tracks picked up airplay on Radio 1 with Zane Lowe and KCRW. They also received praise from The Guardian and Vice.
Today, Jungle shares a new track ‘The Heat’ via The Fader. It will be included in an additional follow-up AA-side single with ‘Lucky I Got What I Want’, which will be released in the UK on 10/21/2013 via Chess Club. In North America, all four tracks will be released digitally and on limited-edition 10″ clear vinyl via B3SCI Records. ‘The Heat’ is also on KCRW’s Morning Becomes Eclectic this week.
