Orange Cassettes is the new project from NYC scene veterans Anton Harmony (Radio 4) and the Mod (Elefant). A full decade after their respective bands took the NYC indie scene by storm, Orange Cassettes combines the urgency of Y2K dance punk with contemporary pop hooks and indietronic atmosphere.

Their debut single ‘Go In The Light’ is the first release from R.T.A. (Ring The Alarm) Records, the new label from White Iris (Best Coast, FIDLAR, Electric Guest) founder Daron Hollowell. The single features a who’s who of scene stalwarts old and new including Phil Mossman (LCD Soundsystem), Jim Orso (Holy Ghost!) and Luke Jenner (The Rapture). Don Hill’s alumni and scene newbies alike will dig these jams.

The ‘Go In The Light‘ single will be released digitally (iTunes / Amazon) and on 12″ vinyl on November 4. Stream the title track over at Stereogum.
